Guardian of a complex cultural experience, which is able, year after year, to enrich itself with new initiatives, it represents a testimony of the extraordinary creativity of popular culture. Among their record series "Salento, the great Salento music" and "Voices and characters of Salento music" started together with the Amaltea publishing house, "Il Sale del Salento / Unipop", with unpublished photographic and textual documents, to testify the sense of a cultural commitment that after so many years is by no means concluded, but is evolving, aspiring to become an important laboratory for the recovery, processing and development of the collective memory of Salento.
