With the establishment of the Statute of La Notte della Taranta Foundation, the association has been identified as non –profit Public Institution which focuses on its objectives encouraging involvement and participation. The Foundation members coordinate their activities and promote autonomous initiatives for the Salento territory endorsement and safeguard, in particular accomplishing positive actions in favor of cultural and musical events whose aim is the support and the cultural research development of the ‘tarantismo’ phenomenon and of ‘grike’ and salentine traditions.
The Foundation members are divided into founding ones and participant ones. Participant members can be defined by the administration council with an admission decision, they can be physical or legal, private or public subjects who, accepting the Foundation objectives, contribute to its routine life and to its objectives achievement through money donations or through the material or intangible goods conferment or even through high level activities, for example professional ones.
